The U.S. and Europe are responsible for 72% of COVID-19 cases, 63% of recoveries and 82% of deaths. As of Friday, May 22, confirmed cases from 55 African countries has reached 99,976 with reported deaths reaching 3,094 and recoveries 39,335.
