Topik Academy lie at the rock bottom (10th) with 3 points from 14 games played in which they only registered three draws; Moyale Sisters are 9th with 5 points from one win and two draws while MK Academy on 8th with 7 points from one win and four draws.
Meanwhile, Kukoma Ntopwa Women beat MDF Lionesses 2-0 at home Mpira Stadium on Sunday to claim the 4th position, pushing the Kamuzu Barracks side to 5th.
A brace from Kondawo Banda in the 36th minutes — assisted by Mary Chindeya and in the 90+2, heading in a corner kicks from Olivia Phikani — sealed Kukoma’s to amass 25 points, while MDF Lionesses have 22.

Kukoma Ntopwa v MDF Lionesses

With leaders Silver Strikers Ladies needing to win two games to clinch the title as they have 39 points, the second and third place are up for grabs for five teams: runners-up Ascent Soccer with 39 points; 3rd-placed FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Women (25pts); Kukoma Ntopwa Women (4th/24pts); MDF Lionesses (5th/22pts) and Civil Service Women (6th/22pts).
At 29 points, the maximum points Ascent Soccer that they can amass if they win their remaining four games is 41 leaving Silver Ladies to win the title if they garner 6 more points — and if they win all four, they shall amass 51 points.

Leaders Silver Ladies

Mighty Wanderers Queens, who were beaten 2-0 by Silver Ladies on Saturday, could be out of the picture for a 3rd place but they are 9 points away from the runners-up — and if they will all four remaining matches, they shall amass 32 points.
FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Women, managed to beat Ascent Soccer on Saturday, will amass maximum 37 points; Kukoma Ntopwa 36 while MDF Lionesses and Civil Service Women to earn 34 as they tie on 22 points.
