All active DStv and GOtv customers getting full access to DStv Premium and GOtv Supa+ channels for 3 days

The Festive entertainment has started early with MultiChoice as it has unlocked all active DStv and GOtv customers get full access to DStv Premium and GOtv Supa+ channels for three days — starting today, November 7-9.

“It’s our festive gift to customers and a perfect opportunity to reconnect to any package and enjoy world-class entertainment,” says MultiChoice in a statement. “Don’t miss out reconnect today and make the most of this exclusive Open Window!”

This means that all active DStv customers will get full access to DStv Premium for the three days of blockbuster movies, hit series, live sports, and family favourites — with those for GOtv customers across every package, to enjoy Supa+ channels of movies, big match action, hit dramas, and more.

Meanwhile, CANAL+ will become the first global broadcaster to bring viewers the CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AfCON) Morocco 2025™ when the 35th edition of the celebration of African football kicks off in Morocco on December 21.

The massive African football showpiece will be broadcast in English, French, Portuguese and indigenous languages, following SuperSport’s deal for English-speaking broadcast rights of the 35th edition.

The tournament’s participating teams include seven members of the Council for Southern African Football Associations (COSAFA) — South Africa, Angola, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Comoros, Mozambique and Botswana.

The others are hosts Morocco; reigning champions, Côte d’Ivoire; 2021 champions Senegal, record seven-time winners Egypt; Nigeria; Cameroon; Tunisia; Algeria; Mali; Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC); Benin; Gabon; Uganda; Tanzania; Burkina Faso; Equatorial Guinea and Sudan.

Zambia and Comoros are in Group A alongside hosts Morocco and Mali in what has been described as a hotly contested pool while South Africa, Angola and Zimbabwe in one group alongside.

Mozambique are up against defending champions Côte d’Ivoire in Group F alongside while Botswana — who are making their second appearance at the AfCON — are in Group D with.
