Malawi Congress Party (MCP) and Peoples Party (PP) have authorized the OPEC Fund for International Development Nkhatabay town water supply and sanitation project loan bill. The bill was read by Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Development, Goodall Gondwe on Tuesday during the parliamentary proceedings in Lilongwe.
