Mzuzu City Council (MCC) has from January to March closed Mzuzu Stadium for the council to renovate sanitary facilities and the football pitch among areas in the stadium. Mzuzu City council has closed Mzuzu Stadium in readiness for the country’s Independence Day Celebrations which are scheduled to take place in the city on July 6.
