The World Bank has announced the approval of $17 million meant to fight against Tuberculosis (TB) in the country, it has been learnt. According to a statement from the World Bank office in the country, the grant is part of US$122million for TB interventions in four countries in Southern Africa with others being Mozambique ($45million), Zambia ($45million) and Lesotho ($15 million), The statement says Malawi and Mozambique are getting grants while Zambia and Lesotho are getting credits.
