TNM Super League Battle: Tewesa Says Bullets Ready For Any Attack

fisher kondoweOutspoken Big Bullets Technical Director Billy Tewesa has said that his charges are poised to fight and hopefully win all their remaining TNM Super League matches so that they should give their fans an early Christmas gift.
He was speaking to reporters who wanted to know exactly how the Bullets are preparing themselves up for a nerve-breaking tussle against second placed side Silver Strikers scheduled for the Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre this coming weekend.
This follows their emphatic 3-1 win over last season’s runners up Moyale Barracks last Sunday.
Tewesa said that everything in the Bullets camp has been put in order and that they are going to fight tooth and nail so that the title should be retained.
“As we have said it time and again, we at the Bullets camp work as one family and I do not see the reason why we should give away points in our forthcoming games.
“We are set to fight hard and win the title even before concluding the season,“ he said.
Meanwhile, reports reaching Maravi Express have indicated that Silver Strikers have intensified their preparations ahead of the crucial.
The Central Bankers are likely going to bank their hopes on TNM Super league leading goal grabber Bernard Harawa who is not liked by many a goalkeeper in the league when in front of goal with the ball while on the other hand; the People’s team is likely going to rely on sensational forward Jaffalie Chande.
According to the latest standings on the TNM Super League table, the Bullets have all the chances to retain the championship this season.
Meanwhile, Mighty Be Forward Wanderers coach Eliah Kananji has given up hopes on his team’s chances to win the TNM Super league title only saying that they are going to fight for the top six positions in their remaining games.
But Kananji has to atleast win the Standard Bank Cup over Civo in due course to make it a double for the Nomads family following his lifting of the Carlsberg Cup earlier this season.
